Shipping options and charges

Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when it is available from the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

International orders
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If an order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, contact bangkok@yfifteen.com with your order number. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate with the carrier. Any remedy may depend on the carrier investigation and applicable law.
