YFIFTEEN offers selected collectible, pre-owned, and limited-availability items. Unless required by applicable law or covered by the exceptions below, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, fit, or preferences. Please review the product description, condition details, measurements, and photographs before ordering. Original tags, dust bags, boxes, or other packaging are included only when stated or shown.

Damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive the wrong item, the item is damaged in transit, or it is materially different from the description or photographs, contact bangkok@yfifteen.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable. Do not send an item back without written authorization.

Authenticity concerns
If you have a concern regarding authenticity, contact us with your order number and supporting information so we can investigate it.

Approved returns
Any authorized return must be sent in the same condition in which it was received, with all included accessories and packaging. Return instructions will be provided after approval. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider or bank. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and import duties are not refundable unless the issue resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
